Open-source alternatives to Relay.app
Relay.app is an automation with human-in-the-loop steps and AI. If you would rather own the software, keep data on your own server or avoid per-seat pricing, these open-source tools tackle the same problem: automate busywork. If someone on your team copies data between two apps every day, that's a workflow waiting to be automated.

Hosted vs open source: what changes
Open source swaps a subscription for setup time. Relay.app is hosted, supported and updated for you; with the tools below you (or someone you hire) install, update, back up and secure them. 4 of the 8 with a setup rating here need a developer. Most can also be bought as a hosted cloud plan from the same maintainers, which is a good middle path. Check each licence before you build on it.
