Information Collected by the Centre Website
In order to provide business services
to its customers, Centre collects the following personally
identifiable information: name, address, telephone number, fax number
(optional), e-mail, credit card number, social security numbers
(mandatory for users requesting cash commissions). Our site also
automatically logs a user's IP address. This information is necessary
to set up and maintain individual customer accounts, update users
with Centre service-only related information, bill credit
card companies, issue PINs for customer use, track the use of accounts,
allow customers to access their individual account, prevent unauthorized
access to individual accounts and ensure security. The customer
information is collected solely for internal purposes. The customer
information is not released to third parties, except strictly as
needed to complete a transaction on behalf of the customer, such
as a credit card company. Centre has been assured that
any personally identifiable information released in the course of
completing transactions will not be retained, shared, stored or
used for secondary purposes.
Centre will not otherwise disclose
customer information, unless acting under the good faith belief
that such action is necessary to conform to legal requirements or
comply with legal process.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers stored
on the user's hardware which give our system the ability to recognize
access to their personal accounts. These cookies enable our company
to identify each user uniquely according to the personal information
they have submitted to our website. These cookies expire as soon
as the user logs out of their accounts. If you choose to reject

Access to Account Information

in their Centre account. To do so, the registered Centre user must log onto their Centre account and select
the edit account information function to update personal information.

Out of respect for our users, we do not
send marketing communications either by any means. All communications
users receive from Centre are in regards to their account.
These communications are not promotional in nature thus users cannot
opt out of receiving them.
Centre does not provide services
for use by children. If you are under the age of 18 you may use
Centre services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
We have instituted stringent procedures
to ensure utmost privacy and confidentiality to the customer data
collected by us both on-line and off-line. When a customer enters
information on the site, that information is encrypted and protected
with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the best encryption software in
the industry. The encryption strength is 128 k, the maximum permissible
by law. Look for the lock icon at the bottom right hand side of
your browser. Its presence indicates that our site is secure.
Off-line, the data provided by our customers
are maintained in a secure database, accessible only by means of
a key card issued to authorized personnel. The building itself is
protected by 24-hour security service. Access by Centre
staff to confidential customer data is permitted only in the presence
of a supervisor. No confidential customer information may be removed
or transmitted from the physical office site.
